"I'm new to the Seattle area and was dreading finding new dentists and doctors for our family because I loved our providers so much back home. I'm excited to say that I LOVED going to Dr. Vu and Mercer Island Pediatric Dentistry. Today was our first visit - my child is just over 2 - and I loved the efficiency of her process (loved that all the forms were online and I could easily complete them before the visit), the layout of the waiting area (very kid friendly), the kind and caring staff, as well as the time that we spent to talk about my child and his dental needs. As an added touch, after our visit we explored the office and allowed my toddler to see area just so that he could see it without having to experience it and then have a cleaning. Its truly geared towards kids and I love the idea of having that kind of specialization. It was a great visit and glad that I can check "find new children's dentist" off my list!"

"I have 3 children, 2 who see Dr. Vu and they really enjoy going to MI Pediatric Dentistry. They get to sit back, relax and watch t.v. while Dr. Vu and her staff takes care of them. They are never anxious or nervous to go to the dentist. While one is getting treated the other gets to play video games or play in the play room. It's really a win-win for both of them.
At our first visit my kids received a goodie bag that included a timer and now every night they use their timer on their own without me having to tell them when their done, which gives them a sense of independence.
The staff is always so welcoming and warm to us. With 3 kids and all their activities we're really busy, so Dr. Vu's office has made it easy for us to book appointments around our busy schedule. Besides the staff being super nice and Dr. Vu's knowledge, kindness and just being an all around great dentist, the fact they are open on Saturdays is the icing on the cake."

"Unlike other reviews that have focused on play areas and decor, the most appreciative (and surprising) part of my/our experience was being brought back by Dr. Vu to be shown the kid's areas of concern with my own eyes. Seeing and therefore understanding these issues is infinitely better than being told about them verbally after the appointment, and a practice I didn't think occurred. The TV and butterflies are icing on the cake...please brush afterwards!"

"We currently live in the same neighborhood as Dr.Vu's office and every single day my daughter asks me to drive by Dr. Vu's office so she can wave "hi." When she brushes her teeth with me in the morning, we sing about how we 'brush our teeth like Dr.Vu.' Have you ever heard of a kid who loves her dentist this much? It's wonderful. I feel so lucky that we've found such a great practice and look forward to our next visit. "Dr. Vu and her associates are professional and provide excellent quality care. We also appreciate how attentive Dr. Vu is about our concerns. Both of our toddlers get care and love the available amenities. Their favorite part is getting tokens at the end of the session for a fun toy. There is free ample parking in the building too which is helpful for families!"
